Labaiik is a food and grocery delivery app that gets all your favorite meals and essential groceries delivered to you at your doorstep. You can order for a variety of cuisines and shop for your groceries from the comfort of your smartphones – at home, office or anywhere else.

Follow these simple steps:

• Create an account with your mobile number.
• Select your location.
• You’ll see a wide variety of grocery stores and restaurants in your area, choose your favorite from the list.
• Add items directly to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Add your address, review your order, and tap on the "Place Order" button.

Delivery is available 7 days a week.

Every store listed on Labaiik may have a specified minimum order value. Once you select your preferred store, it’s minimum value if any will appear on the top right of the screen.

If you have a promo code, it can be redeemed in the checkout section after selecting your payment method.

At Labaiik we offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on delivery (CoD).
• Online payment via Card.
• Apple pay.

It is very simple! Just sign in and tap on the ‘My Orders’ tab. A list of all your previous orders will appear. Just select the one you want to rate/review.

Please note: Reviews are subject to moderation before appearing in the review section. The entire process takes less than 48 hours. Kindly read the Terms and Conditions for more information in this regard.

The duration of the refund process varies depending on the payment method used by the customer. This could roughly take between 2-7 working days or instantly through Labaiik credits.

The delivery charges may vary depending on your delivery address.

You can check the details and balance of your Labaiik credits by clicking on Menu and going to 'Credits'.

Following these steps will enable you to delete an account from the application:

• First, sign-in into the application.
• Tap the hamburger icon (next to the bell icon) in the upper right corner.
• Select Settings.
• From the menu, select Delete Account.
• Select the Yes button.
• Select "Delete Account”.

Once you delete your account, you will not be able to use the same login credentials to log in again. Should you wish to recover your account, please send us an email at support@labaiik.com.
